SJE Rhombus has redesigned their Model 112 control panel that controls one 120, 208, 240V single phase pump in water and sewage installations. This latest generation features an innovative simplex controller designed to be more user-friendly than ever. Plus, it includes new features such as built-in pump failure and float out-of-sequence detection.
The new simplex controller has a sleek, touch-safe housing that’s elevated in the enclosure for easy access and field wiring. It features LED status indicators for pump run, power on, and float status; easy-to-use float push-to-test buttons; an HOA switch that allows you to easily switches between Hand, Off, and Auto modes; and Form C auxiliary alarm contacts to add remote alarm monitoring. The controller is protected by three auto resettable fuses: control, alarm, and pump one. There’s also an optional adjustable seal failure circuit and red LED indicator.
In addition to built-in pump failure and float out-of-sequence detection, the Model 112 has three user-selectable field programmable options: High Water Alarm state steady or flashing; High Water Alarm auto reset or manual reset; and optional seal failure alarm beacon, plus horn activation.
The Model 112 is housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure for indoor or outdoor use, complete with integral padlockable latch and mounting feet. Other components include low voltage 24 VDC float circuits, red LED beacon, alarm horn, and test/normal/silence switch.
This panel is compatible with our EZconnex® float connection system for quick and easy float installation and replacement.
