Five-Year Limited Warranty on Most Catalog Products
Nearly every catalog product manufactured by SJE Rhombus is backed by an industry-leading Five-Year Limited Warranty. Eligible products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of shipment. If a covered product experiences a qualifying defect during the warranty period, SJE Rhombus will repair or replace the product in accordance with warranty terms.

Two-Year Limited Warranty on Select Products
Certain products and custom-engineered solutions are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty, reflecting their unique applications and configurations while still providing exceptional protection and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage Details

Five-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a Five-Year Limited Warranty from the date of shipment:

  • Most SJE Rhombus catalog products
  • International products shipped outside the U.S., its territories, and Canada (unless otherwise stated in the International Catalog)

Two-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Build-a-Panel™ Plus control panels
  • ACCEL control panels
  • Engineered Custom control panels (unless otherwise specified in writing)
  • Sub-X® submersible transmitters
  • C-Level™ Sensors manufactured on or after August 1, 2023

One-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Motor start kit components supplied by SJE Rhombus

Additional Information

  • Motor start kits supplied by the Buyer are not covered under SJE Rhombus warranties.
  • Software and related services provided in conjunction with SJE Rhombus products are governed by the applicable end-user license agreement and are not covered under the product warranty.
  • Warranty coverage applies to goods manufactured after January 1, 2014.
  • All warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the SJE Rhombus Limited Warranty.
