In order to understand your control panel, you first need to figure out what model it is. This is easy to do if you know where to look. We’ll show you how to find your ratings label so you can determine what panel you have.
Step 1: Open the door to your control panel. In most instances, you will be able to easily snap open a latch or use a screwdriver to loosen some screws. The panel may be padlocked, in which case you would have to open that first.
Step 2: Look inside the panel for a white label that looks like this. This can be in different places depending on the panel. It may be located on the backside of the door, or on the inside edge of the enclosure.
Step 3: Review the ratings label. Most of the information you need about your panel is located on this label. You will find the Panel Model Description, Schematic number, Serial number, and Part number. This is all great information to provide to our technical support team if you’re contacting us for further assistance.
Step 4: Determine if your panel is demand dose or timed dose. Demand dose panels activate pumps when the liquid level in the tank reaches a certain height. Timed dose panels activate pumps based on a dosing schedule.
