Return Policy

Policy for Returning Products to SJE-Rhombus

1. SJE-Rhombus returned products must be no older than one (1) year from the date of manufacture, un-used, and current production models. Returned material authorization (RMA) numbers must be assigned to products being returned for credit. To obtain a return authorization number please complete the on-line return form. After we receive this form we will contact you with further instructions on how to return your merchandise. You (the customer) are responsible for payment of return shipping fees.
   
   
2. SJE-Rhombus will pay the return freight for item(s) that need to be returned as a result of an SJE-Rhombus order processing error. SJE-Rhombus will provide customer credit for the returned item(s) and work with you (the customer) to reship the correct item(s).
   
   
3. SJE-Rhombus reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned products after inspection. A credit shall be issued to the purchaser for any return allowed. A restocking fee shall be charged for each returned product as follows:

   Switches and alarms: 25% of net invoice price.

   Controls Panels: Based on the number of options included, with a 40% minimum. Control panel models IFS7, IFS8, SGS, 113, 123, 114, 124, 314 and 324; panels including option "10A"; panels including any "non-catalog" options; obsolete panels; and panels more than one year from the date of manufacture cannot be returned for any reason.
   
   Engineered Custom Panels: cannot be returned.

SJE-Rhombus reserves the right to adjust restocking fees.
